The Via Podiensis is an extension to the Camino Frances that starts in Le Puy en Veley France, and meets up with the Camino Frances in Saint Jean Pied de Port. This trail is best for those interested in immersing themselves in ‘La France Profond’ (The French Heartland), or those who want a longer Camino.
